SOCGenie was born from years of running a managed security operation. We saw talented analysts drowning in alerts, and built AI to handle the 60% that didn't need human judgement.
Origins
Our Story
Reddome started as a UK-based MSSP managing Microsoft 365 security for SMBs. We saw the same problem everywhere: too many alerts, too few analysts.
The status quo was unsustainable. Either quality suffered, or costs skyrocketed. We chose a third path: Engineering out the noise.
So we built SOCGenie — an AI-powered SOC that handles T1 triage, investigates every alert with a 14-step pipeline, and only escalates to humans when it matters.
